With only three teams advancing to the next stage of the tournament, the team finishing first in the table, Delhi Capitals, has already advanced to the final, while the teams finishing second and third, Mumbai Indians and UP Warriorz, will face off in an eliminator.

The Mumbai Indians were an in-form team, having won all five of their opening games; however, the Women in Blue have not been at their best in the last three matches. They were defeated by the UP Warriorz and the Delhi Capitals, and they lost six wickets in a 126-run chase against the Royal Challengers Bangalore.

The Mumbai team is still a much better team than it has been in recent games, and they will be eager to turn things around in the elimination game. The UP Warriorz, on the other hand, have relied heavily on their Australian trio of captain Alyssa Healy, Tahlia McGrath, and Grace Harris.
